Physical returns

We sell digital services only (software development, websites, scripts, SaaS engineering). There are no physical products to ship or return.

Service refunds

• All projects are quoted in writing before payment. Fees are typically split into milestones.
• Deposits or milestone payments are non-refundable once work on that milestone has started, as described in your signed quote or statement of work.
• If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, any prepaid amount for undelivered work will be refunded to the original payment method (including PayPal where used) within 15 business days.
• Change requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Cancellations

You may cancel future unpaid milestones with written notice. Completed work and started milestones remain billable per contract.

How to request a refund or resolve an issue

Email info@nimrav.com or WhatsApp +852 5283 6519 within 14 days of the invoice date. Include your company name, invoice reference, and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

实体退货

我们仅提供数字服务（软件开发、网站、脚本、SaaS 工程），无实体商品，不适用实物退换货。

服务退款

• 所有项目在付款前均提供书面报价，费用通常按里程碑分期支付。
• 在约定里程碑开始实施后，该阶段定金/款项一般不予退还（以签字报价单或工作说明书为准）。
• 若我方未能交付约定里程碑，对应未交付部分的预付款将在 15 个工作日内按原支付方式（含 PayPal）退还。
• 超出约定范围的需求变更可能产生额外费用与周期调整。

取消

未开始的后续里程碑可书面通知取消；已完成或已启动的工作按合同结算。
